This husband and wife team started their dream November 2007 as a small juice and smoothie bar attached to a fitness facility.  Boy did they outgrow the space quickly!  Natasha, daughter of fine dining matriarch, Natalia del Basso-Orsini, had food and flavor running through her veins.  It was only a matter of time before Natasha took on more.  Carl, an artist with a flair for food, assisted in growing the business to the "eatery" it has become.  Come see Carl's art and taste their fine epicurean fare at their newest space at The Prado.  We promise your taste buds will thank you!
